Motivation on a Monday

So after my run/walk yesterday I’m feeling a bit tender, legs are sore and well,… this is when I usually give up, but I won’t!

Gonna keep running and working out till I reach my goals: FIT, HAPPY and HEALTHY.

I plan to do a small run around the neighbourhood this eve… this is what will keep me motivated (cue: Sigh… oh Ryan…):
